Job Description
Designation / Position Need immediate joiners - BUSINESS ANALYST
Work Experience Required 5 to 10 Years.
CTC offered 15 to 20 LPA
Job Location(s) Pan India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience or working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Advanced Analytics.
- You will be working at client project as well as internal asset development as required and will responsibility to develop the asset and manage the delivery of these assets for clients.
- Understands the definition, scope and roadmap of the asset from the Asset Owner/PO.
- Ensures that there is no gap in above by clearly articulating requirements in mockups, use cases etc. for teams consumption in Clearview/Wiki.
- Elicits the requirements for the team during sprint planning meetings.
- Is the SPOC for the team at offshore for all requirements, features, capabilities & product roadmap.
- Owns sprint demo and showcases the increment at the end of every sprint to all stakeholders.
- Works closely with the architect to ensure the right solution is implemented Sprint on Sprint for the asset.
- Assist Testers in developing test scripts and review testing approach to ensure requirements are met.
- Sophisticated communication skills, both bottom-up and top-down, with the ability to work with CXOs as peers in a digital world, as well as agile-based delivery teams.
- Ability to appreciate the bidirectional influences and dependencies between business and technology.
- Build trusted Digital advisory relationships with C-suite stakeholders, to enable the sale and delivery of our Digital Transformation products and services
- Build robust internal relationships with client and industry focused teams, in order to best align and position our portfolio of products and services, and to deliver our go-to-market objectives.
- Work with local and global leadership to ensure adequate visibility of pipeline, and appropriate forecasting and planning of delivery resources.
- Develop and leverage Digital Transformation thought leadership, in conjunction and alignment with global practice leadership, to engage and influence local and regional networks of clients, partners, and analysts.
- You will be based out of Bengaluru, India office, and RPA, and ability to translate these to business-outcomes when positioning consulting engagementsWork with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and technical requirements for developers.
- You will be based out of our Bengaluru, India office, and required to travel to client locations as needed."
