Urgent Hiring for HR Compliance

Profile - HR Compliance
Salary - 20K to 25K
Location - Berhampur, Odisha
Industry - Constructions
Qualification - MBA/PGDM in HR
Experience - 4 to 6 years

JD-
1-Daily monitoring deployment of labour.
2-Preparation of Salary/Wages Sheet.
3-Preparation of HR Compliance document
4-To mobilize the work at Site for progress aspects and to coordinate the site activities with other staff, contractors and workers.
5-Maintaining records pertainting to labours and labour contractor.
6-Attend the Inspections under various Acts like PF, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Payment of wages, Maternity, Shop & Establishment, Equal Remuneration & ESIC Acts etc.
7-Ensuring the closure of Inspections, Notices, Show cause notices with team collaboration
8-Audit the vendors against various labour laws like CLRA Act and other supportive acts applicable under.
9-Handling all PF transfer related activities
10-Handling PF Death claim activities (PF,EDLI & Monthly Pension)
11-Doing Joining Formalities for the new joiners.
12-Taking care of Contractor labour licence, Renewal, New Apply & Amendments in Licence
