Job Description
-)Perform testing of raw materials, bulk, and filled samples based on specifications and standards.
2) Conducting bench-scale and pilot-scale laboratory experiments as per requirement.
3)Interface with cross functional disciplines/resources
4)Maintain standard samples of raw ingredients, and finished material.
5)Handle collection and disposal of waste solvents generated by the lab in processing in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
6)Perform sampling of incoming ingredients, as applicable
7)Performs aesthetic, dimensional and physical inspections and any tests on each lot/receipt of the samples.
8)Track, issue and resolve customer complaints as when required.
9)Responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Quality Data.
10)Ability to interpret test data and report suspect findings production head/ Management.
11)Accurate recording of all Laboratory results.
12)Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills due to diverse nature of role.
13)Communicate with production team regarding product issue.
14)Prioritize sample disposition based on daily production schedules
15)Ability to use and learn computer software.
16)The ideal candidate for this position must have Bachelor's Degree or 12 Science.
