Job Description
Company: Leading Insurance Broking Co.
Department: Retail (POS).
Job Location: Aurangabad.
Product Line: Motor.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build the POS network for Co.'s POS & recruit POS.
- Achieving defined productivity of Premium and number of policies on a Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Yearly basis, as per the Business plan.
- Increasing POS Productivity & driving a high activation rate.
- Training the POS with different POS Product lines.
- Driving high adoption of POS Applications.
- Identify new market opportunities for enhancing the POS network.
- Ensuring higher retention of POS.
- Ensuring proper quality of business by compliance with the prescribed statutory requirements.
- Higher policy persistence percentage.
Knowledge and Key Skills required:
- Candidate should have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- General Insurance (Agency)/Broking Domain (POS) experience is a must
- Good Insurance knowledge.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Good customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong POS network.
- Strong domain knowledge.
- Excellent proven track record
