• 15+ Years experience preferably in FMCG Industry. 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position handling huge volumes.

Effective implementation of business strategy.

Recruitment, training & coaching to optimize team performance.

Relationship management with Internal and External Customers/Stakeholders for smooth functioning of operations.

Will be responsible for top line and bottom line performance.

Adherence to processes and systems.

Collaboration and coordination with other functions.
