Exp- 4-9 yrs
Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune / Kolkata
Conversational AI Consultant/ sr Consultant
The position is suited for individuals who have the ability to work in a constantly challenging
environment and deliver effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong Experience in AI/NLP platform for building Chatbots.
- Experience on the technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, Python or R, Java, SQL).
- Integration of Chatbot with different channels like Google Assistant, Skype for Business,
Microsoft teams etc. or with external data sources.
- Hand-on delivery in one or more chatbot platforms including (but not limited to): Amazon Lex,
Google DialogFlow, Kore.ai etc.
- Experience building and consuming APIs - including RESTful web services.
- Strong experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of
Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow cognitive services or NLP technologies
- Hands on experience in deploying solutions on any one of the server platforms AWS /GCP
- Understanding of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication.
- Build machine learning models and systems in natural language processing (NLP), natural
language understanding (NLU), semantic understanding, and intent classification
- Experience in implementing and deploying Machine Learning solutions (using various models,
such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, (Deep) Neural Networks, Hidden
Markov Models, Conditional Random Fields, Topic Modeling, Game Theory, Mechanism Design,
etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on to Design, Build, Test and Deployment based on AI/ML technology stack.
- Drive technical discussion and recommendations for development and deployment.
- Work independently and with supervisory review on moderate to highly complex programming
tasks.
- Ability to manage one or more Chatbot Use Cases/projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4-6 Years of technology Consulting experience
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
Preferred:
- Good Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Good Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
