CTC: Upto 12 LPA

Experience: 5 to 9 yrs

Responsibilities:

To touch Base with Territory Manager / SO/ retailers on a daily basis to drive the business objectives

Extensive travelling to Territory Manager locations

Achievement of defined targets on key parameters.

100% execution of strategies planed by superiors

Collaboration with Territory Manager / SO/ retailers to enhance productivity

On job training to Territory Manager /SO/ retailers during visits

To conduct Monthly review meetings with Territory Manager

Daily reporting of team activities on retailers enrolment /SO recruitment /activation through app

Maximize the earnings of retailers /SO/ Territory Manager through knowledge & skill based interventions

Adherence to compliance to arrest unethical practices

To ensure overall Profitability of the unit

Make appropriate tour plan for self and team month on month as per business needs.
