Job Purpose: As a project manager, the incumbent:
Is required to plan, update, schedule tasks and bring projects to a close.
Is responsible for managing cross functional teams to ensure that targets are achieved as per plan and realize organizational goals. Guides and gives direction to help team members maximize their potential and achieve agreed-upon goals.
Acts as a liaison between management and governance bodies pertaining to complexity and impact of project
Job Responsibility:
Collect requirements related to different applications from Client & share with Engineering & EMS team
Prepare clear requirements plans which also includes risk mitigation from Project initiation to execution to ensure the successful attainment of project deliverables
Active involvement in Contract document finalization and make sure project is carried out as per the contract document.
Prepare Project Schedule in consultation with Engineering, Procurement & EMS team
Prepare Project Budget in consultation with Sales/marketing team & Procurement team
Maintain Project Schedule, Budget & Cash flow
Detects project slippage and works towards correction
Resource planning and management. Prepare organisation chart of the Project team.
Work closely with Engineering team, EMS team and Client to get the final approval on technical documents
Work closely with Procurement department to get the procurement of equipment done on time
Co-ordinate with the Equipment suppliers for on-time delivery of Equipment
Mange Installation of various Equipment as per the process/guidelines issued by the Equipment Supplier/ Client/ Engineering & quality standards
Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and conduct post project assessment to ensure operational effectiveness.
Oversee day-to-day execution and monitor progress and evaluate performance of all participants.
Co-ordinate with Clients project team for various activities (getting approval, permissions etc.)
Co-ordinate with other contractors/sub-contractors
Participate in both internal and external commissioning, Factory acceptance test & Site acceptance test.
Prepare & share bi-weekly or monthly project status updates with Management/ Client/ Engineering
Regular reviews of the Project schedule & budget with Management/ Procurement/ Engineering
Manage all commercial & technical documentational formalities
