Maximizing Foot falls/ ATP/RPP/Revenue/Advertisement Revenue.

Conducting regular competition reviews and analyzing ticket and F&B rate cards so as to achieve the largest market share.
Optimizing F&B costs by ensuring Food cost is within budget and by reducing of wastage without compromising standards.
Following proper inventory control process so as to ensure timely ordering.
Optimum usage of manpower by formulating realistic duty rosters.
All movies are running as per schedule and error-free.
All rules and regulations are adhered to and licenses are in place.
The smooth running of F&B operations.
Ensuring guest satisfaction by achieving high levels of Service Standards as per SOP.
Ensure appropriate execution of ongoing promotion
Execute and coordinate all promotional activities /movies publicity in the Unit
Upkeep and Maintenance of property - (as per Housekeeping and Engineering Standards).
Responsible for imparting minimum days of training to employees.
