Job Description

Greeting of the day!!
We have Huge hiring for O2C / Collections / order to cash / international Banking Customer Support
Education : UG / 10+2/ 10+3 / Diploma / Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Shift : Rotational Shifts / UK / US
Sal : upto 4.5lpa
JOB Role :
Daily Preparation of Budget for prepayment
Preparation of payments to suppliers (Accounts payable)
Reconciliation of Purchase & sales Account in SAGE
Checking of Bills received from suppliers with agreements.
Preparation of reports of Suppliers outstanding balance and reply to them.
Handling of all suppliers queries and reply to them
Preparation of outstanding payment reports and reporting to Accounts manager
Resolving the audit quires during Audit period.
Bank Reconciliation Statement
Create customer account on details received from sales/customers.
Provide customer account information (e.g. account number, status etc.)
Cash postings and adjustments received from all regions are posted within agreed SLA levels.
To maintain accuracy while postings and take measures to sustain them.
To ensure team productivity and accuracy trackers are maintained, reviewed and
appropriate actions are taken to generate efficiencies.
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and customer service logs.
Answer customer questions regarding technical issues.
Preparing Minutes of Meeting, hourly reports, and End of the day reports.
To address the queries received from the credit teams/sales within the agreed SLA with appropriate responses.
