About The Role:
Manage wellness initiatives for the existing set of clients
Problem-solving & innovation skills that include the ability to think of new products/services in the wellness domain.
Manage the entire business lifecycle ideation, execution, collections & vendor payments.
Ensure all client enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within set timelines.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Skills:
Creative thinking: Clients are always looking for fresh ideas. The candidate will be required to think of new ideas & propose them to clients on an on-going basis. Creative thinking could be related to the product/service or the execution of a particular program.
Passion: Passion to constantly learn, grow & execute new ideas.
