Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

• Coordinate with Sales & Other Departments of Head Office.
• Prepare meaningful MIS / Reports on Logins, Issuance and also highlighting improvement areas on a daily basis.
• Identifying key areas of non-performance by analyzing the historical data on regular basis.
• Handle/resolve queries of Sales & OPS Team efficiently on daily basis.
• Tracking of Business & timely completion of trainings/refresher trainings on regular basis for all verticals KMBL Assets division.
• Regular tracking of pending documents and ensuring complete conversion.
• Interaction and tracking of Medical /Underwriting/ Claims cases with concerned personnel of KLI and relationships ensuring timely completion of MT and subsequent conversion.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel.
• Good Communication skills

Candidates with location in Mumbai (Western Line) preferred.
