Hiring for International Technical Server Support @ CONCENTRIX - Pune, Aundh

• Profile Requirement:

1. US Technical Server Support - Voice Program

2. Undergraduate / Graduate both eligible with minimum 1 year of documented Technical Experience with knowledge on Servers , Windows , Networking & Security , Basics of Azure etc

3. Internal Students not eligible

4. Designation offered : Sr. Advisor 1, Technical Support

5. Should have Excellent communication and English speaking skills

6. Package offered Maximum Upto 7 Lakhs PA + Inc ** basis Experience ,Interview & Skills .

7. Will be Work from Office

8. Should be comfortable working in Night Shift & rotational offs.

9. Will be provided two-way home pick and drop service, if staying within company transport boundary

10. Should have a Broadband connection at home ( If ever required & Business needs you to Work from Home as a temporary arrangement basis Business instructions you should have the broadband requisite ready / arranged ) .

• Core Competencies/Skills/Knowledge:

a. Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically

b. Will be supporting on callback model assisting with troubleshooting on Windows Server Operating System / Networking / Security .

c. MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE Certified in Windows Server/Exchange Server/ Operating Systems recommended

d. Understanding of Windows Servers , Operating Systems , Active Directory , DNS , DHCP , System Set up , System Performance , Domain Environment , Networking , Boot Process , Backup Process , Types Of Backup , Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2, Storage, FSMO Roles , Outlook troubleshooting , Basics of Azure, Client Server etc .
