Project execution
o Should be proactive and understand the project scope and business requirements
o Can create a proper analysis plan based on the business objective and survey questions
o Conduct in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced statistical methods in MS-Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics, Sawtooth, R, other relevant statistical tools o Execute advanced/statistical analysis
o Developing presentations/word reports answering business questions Assist team in managing client expectations
o Develop a clear understanding of the client ask
o Assist in structuring the approach and project (planned output analysis/insights, project deliverables, etc.)
B. General: Providing thought leadership to the team/client on the existing projects/deliverables
Exploring / developing new market research solutions and products Knowledgeable of different market research study types like pricing, U&A, brand, new product research, satisfaction research, GTM, etc.
Building knowledge of different industries/products before the launch of a new project/client engagement Managing clients day-to-day business needs/calls
Developing and reviewing survey questionnaires and discussion guides .
