Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for Sales Manager whose KRA would be--

Eligibility criteria

1) Candidate should have work Exp. of 2 to 5 year in Salaried Personal loan industry.

2) Education Qualification Graduate / MBA from reputed institute.

3) Should have team handling experience of 6 to 15 people.

4) Should have excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

5) Should not be on Third party pay role

Job Role

1) Would be responsible to manage Salaried Personal loan business through team of DST & tele-caller.

2) Would be responsible to Drive Salaried Personal loan business through in-house channel.

3) Would be responsible to Drive Salaried Personal loan business through DSA channel.

4) Would be responsible to keep hiring DST and TC and impart training for sales to entire team.

5) Would be responsible to run the business in the line of bank policy and process.
