Senior Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore - Thales

As a Software IVV Engineer, you will be a major actor in the software test phases of product Data Concentration & Equipment Management Solution. In more details :

• Software engineering principles and best practices across all phases of software development
• Ensure software integration, validation and verification according to aeronautics normalization (DO178C DAL A & C) on Data Concentration System and Equipment Management Solution.
• Good and relevant experience in software verification tests written, and execution.
• Capability to master the IADT method, especially the test and demonstration part by having performed such activities in other programs.
• Experience in analysing issues when they occur and performing first analyse in order to focus on the real root cause
• Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development phases by respecting deadlines and contractual milestones.
• Apply and comply with the configuration management process

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements for the role:

• Should have at least 3-6 years of overall engineering experiences in software development of Avionics embedded system
• Should have at least 3-6 years experience in software Development Life Cyclecandidate should be Strong in High Level Test definition procedure & hands on experience in verification.
• Candidate should be Strong in RTRT or other Testing tools Unit Test language & hands on experience in verification
• Knowledge in DO178C , configuration management tools like clearcase or git is required
• Knowledge about avionics protocols (A429, A664 - AFDX, RS232, Arinc 653),Driver (Mass Memory, IOs)
• Test benches, Integrator benches usage, NI Test stand
• C++/Object oriented Programming,OOAD(Object oriented analysis and Design),Design Patterns.
