Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment, Training & Development of Recruiters.
- Identify the weak area of recruiters and plan training calendar accordingly.
- Campus recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion.
- Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
- Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.
- Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
- Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained as per approved budget.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or above can apply.
- Minimum 4 Year or above recruitment experience Team Leader Recruitment is a must.
- Must have handled a Team of 5 Recruiters.
- Must be good with campus recruitment. Making tie ups, coordination and completing the entire recruitment cycle at the campus.
