We do have opening for AR Analyst for Coimbatore-Apexon


Job description:

  • Analyzing and sharing feedback of calls made by agents.
  • Identifying fatal errors and non-fatal errors impacting the process and take corrective/preventive action
  • Call monitoring and feedback Sessions (minimum 5 evaluations per Associate per month).
  • Monitoring & auditing call
  • Monitor agents to identify errors, deviations & initiate corrective measures.
  • Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Proper feedback mechanism with employees, as per clients requirement.
  • Provide feedback to Operations Manager on the performance of team members - Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Job Specification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer services International Voice Process
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills
  • Should possess good knowledge in International Voice QA
  • Should have the required skills to provide necessary feedback.
