Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Understanding and framing problem statements

Deriving insights from data

Understanding and developing user journeys and flows

User testing and collaborating with user researchers to get qualitative insights

Designing UIs that deliver on qualitative and quantitative metrics

Working with product managers and engineers to solve problems

What to Bring

1+ years of experience in building user experiences

Visual Design of UIs and Prototyping Interactions

Understanding data, metrics and design decision making

Communication with peers and clear articulation of thoughts and decisions

User Testing

Skills in Motion Design, Illustrations, or any form of Storytelling, Coding is a bonus.
