Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Identifying and evaluating potential partners in the target geographies in the JC
    Securing partnership agreement with partners with the right profiles
  2. On-boarding the partners following laid out process guidelines and securing all necessary approvals
  3. Organizing training for the partners in all required areas
  4. Ensuring partners bring on board requisite manpower as agreed
  5. Co-ordinating with Network Planning and Construction to ensure speedy roll out of fiber in the
  6. partners area
    Plan and execute proper and effective launch in all partner markets
  7. Ensuring rapid acquisition and base build-up in the partner markets
  8. Ensuring installation and field service provided by partner as per Jio standards
  9. Resolving all disputes with speed and fairness
  10. Basically the Go To Man/Woman for all issues pertaining to the partners in the JC

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience in Channel Management
  2. Mature person who is able to work with people
  3. Minimum 5 yrs of experience, have worked in a sales role
  4. Candidate must be from locally, with local language/geographical knowledge
  5. Candidate with LCO handling experience will be preferred
