Job Description

8-12 years of experienExperience in Professional Software Development preferably in the areas of Audio Codecs, Audio
Streaming/Playback or mobile multimedia applications
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Strong Software development and debugging skills in C and C++, embedded software development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Audio and voice processing knowledge and basic theories
Knowledge of audio/video file containers like 3gp, 3g2, MP4, ASF, DivX, MKV, Mpeg-TS/PS etc
Knowledge in Audio compression standards.
Understanding of DSP fundamentals and ability to design and implement a real-time multimedia system from bottom up
Multimedia SW development experience on Windows Phone.
HW driver development experience would be a strong plus
Good to have Knowledge in Audio compression standards and audio codecs like MP3, AAC, AMR Windows Media Audio, etc
Good understanding of computer architecture and operating system desired
