*Generating Leads through Bank staffs & walk in Customers.
*Maintaining relationship with Bank staffs and motivating them to promote HI Product.
*Follow up and convert the leads into sales.
*Arranging training to the Bank staffs whenever it is required.
*Solving queries of the existing customers.
*Reporting to the Cluster Manager about the lead generation and daily activities.
*Collecting the renewal premium from the existing customers on time.
*Achieving target in all parameters in terms of Business, Persistency and Activation
