Job Description

• CRMNEXT, Salesforce, Microsoft
• Dynamics, or any other Standard CRM or Lead Management Systems.
• Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and communicate them in simple language.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and
• understand their needs.
• Working closely and collaboratively with Business Users to devise effective solution.
• Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Gathering requirements and authoring business requirement documents (BRD)
• Preparing Business System Design Documents.
• Preparing and delivering presentations and Demonstrations of the software to various stakeholders.
• Provide First Line Technical support for software support teams Business Users.
• Conduct technical review meetings with vendors and business users.
• Conducting training sessions as a part of team transitions.
• Preparation of test cases, use cases, Application testing etc
• Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters , thinking creatively about how to
• use CRM product analytics to improve business outcomes
• Strong attention to detail.
