Job Description

• 3-4 Years of experience in any of the following Application; Digital Products, Chatbot, WhatsApp Banking, Websites etc
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
• Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and communicate them in simple language.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and understand their needs.
• Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Gathering requirements and authoring business requirement documents (BRD)
• Preparing Business System Design Documents
• Preparing and delivering presentations and Demonstrations of the software to various stakeholders.
• Working closely and collaboratively with Business Users to devise effective solution
• Provide First Line Technical support for software support teams Business Users
• Conduct technical review meetings with vendors and business users
• Conducting training sessions as a part of team transitions
• Preparation of test cases, Application testing etc
