Role Designation- Consultant

Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit- level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 5 Years experience with at least 2 years of hands on experience in WMB / IIB / Datapower., Design and development of Integration solutions using WMB/ IIB., Design and development of services using Datapower., At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects., Analytical skills and Problem solving skills., Experience, desire and flexibility to work in a Global delivery environment., Working knowledge and understanding of the domain FS/ RCL/ MFG/ HIL (preferred)., Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment., Strong communication skills and ability to articulate business solutions., Ability to manage a small team., Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills., Customer facing experience/ skills.
