Lead Software Engineer - Gurgaon - Orange @ Orange Business

• Identify and analyze user requirements.
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
• Develop Java EE applications.
• Write well-designed, efficient code
• Review, test and debug team members code.
• Design database architecture.
• Schedule product releases with internal teams.
• Document development phases.
• Ensure applications are secure and up-to-date.

7 years of experience, has a B.Tech/MCA degree or similar, and is familiar with the following skills and tools/technologies:

• Work experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role.
• Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications.
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Spring boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate or JPA.
• Hands on experience in cloud native application development.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Microservices.
• Good delegation and time management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities : Experience in containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
• Ability to work with Angualr as Frontend technology
• Understanding of any messaging queue technology.

Good to have :

• Hands-on on any cloud technology: GCP/AWS/Azure
• No SQL (MongoDB)
• PostgreSQL
