Software Engineer III - Kolkata - Cerner - 6

Cerner Corporation is giving you the opportunity to work as a Software Engineer III with the world s biggest healthcare IT company. As a Software Engineer III, you will be making enhancements to existing software and design, write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications. You are expected to participate in code reviews, identify issues or deviations from the best possible practices and collaborate on component-level technical designs. You will be assisting others in analyzing the root cause of software problems and resolving them, identifying, improvements in processes at the team level to support operations and the development of the ecosystem. You will be also provide software release support, mentor and train new associates within the team, and training programs. Additionally ,You will also be expected to provide guidance on high-level architecture and consult with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
  • At least 1 year of software engineering work experience
  • At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job.
    • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems or equivalent relevant work experience,

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Healthcare IT company
• At least 4 years of development experience in Java, Spring, SQL, (Jenkins / Docker / Maven)
