We are looking for Testing Tech Lead Automation for our esteemed organization Clarion technologies.

PFB Job Description:

Primary Skills: 

• Complete ownership of Quality Deliverables to customers and drive the team accordingly. 
• Experience in Functional testing, mobile testing, API testing, Web services testing, GUI and Accessibility testing. 
• Experience in the black box and white box testing
• Exposure to Automation Testing and Performance Testing
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JSON). 
• Experience in helping the team to elicit requirements, traceability, and delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in requirement analysis and estimations and respective techniques. 
• Working experience in Agile methodologies SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
• Good attention to detail skills
• Good analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills. 
• Managing 15-20 team members covering different aspects of testing for multiple applications.
• Good people management skills, and excellent team player skills 
• Highly creative and come up with out-of-the-box solutions for complex problems.
• Keeping himself/herself up to date on the latest technologies

Good to have: 

• Around 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation testing in any of the automation technologies - Java Selenium/JavaScript / TypeScript. 
• Expertise in designing automation frameworks. Exposure to tools like TestNG, Maven, etc. is good to have. 
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE
• Exposure to JS automation tools/technologies like Casper JS, Phantom JS, and Protractor will be added advantage. Hands-on exposure to any other automation tools or automation technologies would be added advantage 
• Excellent understanding of Performance Testing / JMeter 
• Experience in WebdriverIO and mobile testing tools like Appium
