- Our team defines, develops, and brings to market integrated and discrete GPUs addressing consumer and data center customer needs
- The Architecture team is responsible for all GPU products covering AI, HPC and visual cloud segments

- In the role of a GPU Power Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct GPU hardware power studies across 3D, Compute, HPC, and AI workload, and develop power features to optimize performance/watt Analyze existing RTL for power improvement, and create low-power architectural feature prototyping in Verilog and analyze pre-silicon power to explore low-power solutions for a given design function
- Understand and perform block and chip-level power analysis and optimization through RTL design, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, and power simulation
- Collaborate with architects, hardware designers, and physical designers in evaluating and improving power efficiency of their implementations
- Define and execute experiments to identify performance and power bottlenecks in architectureBehavioral traits that we are looking for: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- High tolerance of ambiguity
- Minimum skills and experience:Must have a Bachelors with in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field with 7 years of experienceOr a Masters in the same fields with 4 years of experience
