Monitoring order fulfillment process from customer order receipt until goods are ready to be shipped to customer. Ensuring blocks / issues in scope are removed / resolved / escalated within defined timeline SPOCs for stakeholders. Provide suggestions of process optimization , governance KPI reporting

Data exchange ensure the data is processed for the order fulfilment process to be continued Monitoring scope ensure customer orders are transmitted Novartis system IDOC processing (intermediate document) , liaising with internal stakeholders for order creation On time conversion of Purchase requisition to Purchase orders , timely creation and monitoring of Inbound , Outbound & Goods receipt. Creation and monitoring of any changes in the orders , Back order monitoring Substitution of colleagues in the absence

Minimum requirements

Graduate / Post Graduate , MBA , knowledge of Supply Chain , English 2 - 4 years experience in similar position Experience of working in SAP (SD & MM modules) Strong project experience in cross functional projects Good knowledge of GMP understanding of inventory management
