*Required Immediate joiner for Canadian Process

Experience:- 5+ yrs

Salary: Negotiable for Right Candidate.

Location:- Charni Road

Shift::- 7 pm to 4 am or 8 pm to 5 am

NO Pick up and NO Drop.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Minimum 2 Years worked as designated Team Leader (Lead Generation)
3. Must have worked on dialler & outbound sales process.
4. Manage and drive sales team target and performance
5. Audit/Coach calls and provide necessary feedbacks on their performance
6. Evaluating the performance of the advisors against their target.
7. Motivate and inspire team members
8. Handling Client Escalation and Queries.
9. Review Performance reports and dashboards to identify areas of improvement.
10. Training Development for new hires.
