We are recruiting Customer Support Associates for MNC into an Inbound AUS Voice Process

Excellent opportunity for HSC / graduate freshers to start a career with MNC

What we're looking for

Candidates with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Minimum HSC qualified

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & work from office

All personal / academic / professional documents mandatory

Double vaccination mandatory

Age criteria - 18 to 49

Location - Mumbai

Job Details :

Handling inbound calls & resolving customer queries

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

Transport will be provided by the company

Work hours - Any 9 hours between 3 am to 3 pm

45 days paid training will be provided by the company

Experienced candidates can get decent hike on last drawn salary

Salary range - 17k to 25k in hand apart from variable incentives
