Job Description

Riggers move heavy materials and equipment around worksites using rigging gear such as pulleys, cranes and winches. They assemble temporary structures like scaffolding on construction sites and move and assemble precast facades and panels on buildings under construction.

Rigger Duties & Responsibilities:

Demonstrates timely, high quality completion of new and used boats for delivery
Maintains a safe & environmentally friendly work environment
Safely operates and maintains company equipment
Provides an excellent customer service and delivery experience
Adds and installs any additional options or accessories as designated on the rig ticket
Processes paperwork in accurate timely manner, including reporting time
Maintains and protects the interior and exterior of the boat during the preparation process
Notifies Service Manager when boats are completed and ready for delivery
Maintains a daily upkeep of work area and store grounds, including garbage pickup and grass cutting
Coordinates with Parts Manager on parts and equipment added to ensure timeliness
Supports execution of boat shows, store & off- site events
Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members objectives
Communicates effectively with Service Managers and Parts Managers
Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat
