Responsibility Areas:
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Implement CRM tools to create journeys for existing users to increase engagement along with generating higher revenue
Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve our App through design, usability, content, and customer experience.
Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision, understanding game/feature specs, analyzing key performance metrics and driving business results.
Manage internal resources to deliver, monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs against targets.
Identify data trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights. Deliver on maximizing ROI.
Desires Skills
Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Deep experience in understanding consumer needs and gaming environment. Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.
Advanced analytical and sales-oriented skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing Customer Lifecycle in an App based business.
