JOB: AM/ RM/ Manager

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad


Roles and Responsibilities

  • End to end handling customer queries from on boarding till disbursement and after servicing
  • Majorly responsible for increase in AUM and Fee numbers
  • Providing supply chain finance to customers
  • Responsible for increasing Supply Chain Finance Portfolio along with servicing the existing clients
  • Doing primary checking for credit assessment and suitability of credit arrangement from bank & client side
  • Earning fee through disbursement of funds and generating the revenue for the bank
  • Preparation of daily and monthly MIS and Reconciliation
  • Handling disbursal kit and operations queries
  • Understand financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Have been in a direct sales environment (not DSA) where the customer relationship is maintained end to end
  • Ability to negotiate well on interest rate and Processing Fees
  • Good Understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Have working knowledge of MS office especially MS Excel
  • Hard working and can work within the set timelines and update on a weekly basis
  • Should possess excellent oral communication skills
  • Able to handle work pressure and achieve targets
