Must to have skills-Java, Spring, Hibernate

6-9years

" Must have Lead experience

• Must be competent at developing large software solutions with Java Version 5+
  
• Must be experienced in the utilization of open source frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate solutions
  
• Must have experience on JQuery
  
• Must be competent in using software development tools such as Eclipse and Subversion (SVN)
  
• Must be familiar with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Junit
  
• Must have experience with one or more of the following RDBMS: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
  
• Must have experience with one or more Servlet or J2EE containers such as Tomcat, GlassFish, WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or JBoss
  
• Must have experience with REST and/or SOAP-based web services
  
• Previous experience with agile development methodologies a plus
  
• Working experience in teamcity
  
• Good knowledge of Unix commands
  
• Must be well versed with Java coding standard and best practices.
  
• Should be experienced in leading the team, mentoring and coaching the team.
  

Should be well versed with Estimation, Planning and Progress reporting"
