Job Description
Experience:
- Over all 10 to 12 + years of experience in International Voice BPO.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international BPO (US, UK, Canada or Aus region) in voice quality department.
- Should have minimum experience of managing 35+ Quality auditors, at least should have experience managing 3 Team Leader or AM's
- Should have hands on knowledge in 7 quality tools.
- Certification on Six sigma (Green Belt) certification would be an added advantage
Note: Should be flexible to work in night shifts / Work from Office.
