  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by responding to problems as they arise.
  • Ability to handle customer query and escalations telephone calls. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment.
  • Ability to work in rotational Shift
  • Maintaining Weekly Roster, Attendance, and Team data
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
  • Excellent Communication skills both Written Verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point .
