Designation - Trainee Process Consultant

Role : International voice Technical Support

You will have to do troubleshooting Job over phone with regards to Broadband, modem, landline, router.

Grade - PC2

CTC - 2,75,000 + 25,000 Voice Bonus (Net take home salary - 19,000)
Position Summary

Technical support executives are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers from US regarding a variety of broadband/OS related queries. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide technical support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information

Probationary Period - 6 Months

Shift - US Rotational shift ( login at 4:30pm - 1:30am, 5:30pm - 2:30am, 7:30pm to 4:30am, 8:30pm to 5:30am, 10:30pm to 7:30am)

flexible to work for all the shifts.

CAB - 2 Way will be provided
