We are Hiring firing US IT Recruiter/ Talent Specialist/ Technical Recruiter-Hyderabad Location
Future Focus Infotech Pvt Ltd. is a 25-year-old IT consulting company headquartered in Chennai, with branches all over India, USA and in the Middle East. We are part of a Japanese group company en Japan, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with presence in Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand, and China.
We are in the business of providing IT manpower on a consulting basis to major IT companies, and as part of our expansion and growth
We are looking for passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented Technical Recruiters to join our team.

Job description
Experience level: 3 to 5 years
Job Location: Hyderabad, (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST)Responsibilities:

At least 2 to 4 years of experience in US staffing.
Experience in C2C,need to have knowledge Visa Processing.
Someone passionate about recruitment, proactive, and self-driven. Someone who is always hungry for success and always try to be a top performer.
Ability to understand technologies.
Proactive recruitment skills.
LinkedIn power user.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation & Convincing Skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Organization/Coordination Skills
Relationship Management skills
Learning Agility
Responsibilities:
Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
Submitting candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client's needs and requirements
Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
Understand job descriptions, source, screen, shortlist, and submit qualified resumes based on the client's needs.
Source profiles from different job boards like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and social networking sites like LinkedIn.
Build a pipeline for repetitive jobs (proactive recruitment).
Responsible for interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer closure.
