Job Profile :Senior HR Executive

Experience : 2+ years

Salary budget : Upto 5 LPA

Location : Pitampura (Rohini)

working days : 6 Days (alternative Saturdays off)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for managing the entire HR activities. JD preparation for employees
• Responsible to take care of end-to-end recruitment process
• Responsible for day to day employee interaction, discipline, grievance
• resolution process Email drafting should be excellent
• Responsible for taking care of entire joining formalities and exit
• formalities, identifying the attrition rate & retention processes.
• Responsible for Review and update HR manual. Full fill Short term and
• long term requirements as arises.
• Responsible for Conducting performance evaluation process
• Responsible for Leave and attendance management
• Responsible for maintaining employee files.
• Responsible for employee engagement activities and employee motivation.
• Candidates should have IT Company Experience.
• Should have excellent.written and verbal communication Interviewing Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and should have good hands on excel strong
• decision-making skills
