Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AWS @ Sampoorna Consultants

Job Description

Bachelor`s/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field

5+ years of strong experience with demonstrably deep AWS knowledge and related DevOps technologies

Strong expertise in Google Apigee , Azure API Management and AWS MSK (Kafka)

Excellent understanding of API and integration design patterns & best practices

Should be able to create API proxies and configure policies on APIGEE Edge.

Must have strong knowledge of scalability, security, logging, auditing, policy management, and performance monitoring, and KPI for end-to-end process execution.

Understanding of api security and mitigation

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline / Deploy / Build.

Infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation , Config management using Chef, Ansible and Create Golden Images using Packer or similar

Experience with Cloud Orchestration frameworks, development and SRE support of these systems

Familiarity and experience with architectural design.

Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup and restores of different environments

Experience with scalability, security and performance engineering for web services.

Experience with scripting and automated process management via scripting, such as Shell and Python
