Job Description

Designation:- BDE / BDM for Named and Large Enterprise Customers

Education: MBA/Diploma/Graduate
Role: B2B / Leased Services/Telecom & ISP Sector
Products: Internet Service Products ILL, MPLS, P2P, SDWAN, Cloud Solutions and Data Center Services
Reporting Location: Mumbai Andheri East./Pune
Work Location: Mumbai
CTC: 5 - 8 Lpa. (In ratio 75:25)

Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully by completing Target
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
Identify Large & Named Enterprise Customers.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
Hunt for new business and Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications:2 - 3 years' prior industry-related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Please share resumes at the earliest.
