What you'll do

We have urgent openings for Mission Control Analyst (MCA)

Job location- Thane

Candidates having RTA - WFM Experience can apply- CTC- 4LPA

Candidates having experience in international bpo customer service can also apply CTC -3.5LPA

Responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL:

• Responsible for preparing and sending different kind of reports on time as per the business requirement.
• Monitor the queue, make call outs and be responsible for the KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze current days volume vs over / under staffing and be proactive to maintain the staffing requirements.
• Completion of Task within the timelines v Responsible for adhering the processes
• Would perform other related duties and assignments as required by the Manager
• Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
• Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills

OPERATIONAL:

• Good analytical skill
• Good English communication skill is a must
• Working knowledge in Excel
