Mandatory Skills:

1. Strong in ReactJs, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
2. Exposure or trainable on NodeJs.
3. Experience in working with various JS libraries and frameworks is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of HTML semantic and accessibility standards of W3C standard.
5. Must have experience in responsive, cross-browser compatibility & adaptable web designing.
6. Ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the planning sprints and backlog grooming.
2. Assists with organizing and leading code reviews.
3. Day-to-day implementation of work; new development, maintenance, enhancements & fixes.
4. Client interaction and requirement clarification with developers.
5. Quickly able to adapt to changing requirements or priorities.
6. Discuss technical issues with the architect and coordinate with the client/team for the same.
7. Ensure that developers adhere to coding standards and best practice guidelines as specified by the architect.
8. Coordinate peer reviews for each deliverable.
9. To carry out any other responsibility as defined in the project responsibility matrix.
10. To carry out any other responsibility assigned by PGM
11. To coach/mentor teams on Technology standards, best practices, and frameworks.
12. Maintain regular communication with the client management.
