Profile Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP developer with a strong background in building scalable,
predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications. As a developer, you will be
responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications. This person
will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build highly-
performing enterprise systems that improve clinical outcomes and increase staff productivity and
financial performance. He should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise
with business users in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities Overview
Build new systems with MySQL, Core PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS , Magneto
Community Edition, WordPress, open cart, osCommerce and CodeIgniter.
Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
Documentation capabilities. Scopes, process documents, implementation documents, etc.
All other responsibilities as assigned
SEO understanding (google rankings, backlinks)
Should have basic understanding Drupal framework.
Potentially WordPress not essential though (unless we use this platform)
Skills / Attributes Required
Between 3 to 4 years of experience as a PHP developer.
Main Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in PHP and MySQL.
At least 1+ years of experience with any other frameworks supported by PHP.
At least 1+ years of experience with JavaScript/JQuery.
Candidate must have working experience of CodeIgniter.
Candidate should have basic knowledge of Linux commands.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science
foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer,
Data Access Layer along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
Experience with CSS and HTML5
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player
and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Location- Ahmedabad -work from office only
Experience 3+ years
Salary range from 3.60 to 9 LPA negotiable for the right candidate
