Our Client (CMMi level technology company) is urgently looking out for Test Lead Automation (6-7 years of exp.) for Mumbai/ Kolkata location. (Currently Work from Home)

Job Title: Test Lead Automation

Experience : 6-7 years Employment Type: C2H / PERM

Salary : Based on Exp & Current CTC

Location: Mumbai/Kolkata (Work From Home But Ready to Relocate)

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days /Serving Notice till 20 days (Candidates with High Notice Period will be Rejected)

Must have: Team Handling, Automation(Java Selenium), Agile, Good Com Skills.

Requirements:

• Total Experience in Testing : 6-7 + Years
• Experience in Automation : 3-4+ Years
• Experience in Java & Selenium : 3-4+ Years
• Team Handling Experience : 2-3 + Years
• Experience in Agile.
• Experience in Automation planning, Selenium-Locator Strategy, Logic Building Experience,
• Selenium- TestNg Script Creation, Selenium- TestNg Framework Building, Maven Code Build,
• CI/CD- Jenkins Job Creation and Execution. Agile Projects.
• Good Communication skills
• Client Interfacing skills
• Ability to lead the Manual and Automation team
• Good working knowledge and hands on working knowledge on Automation (Selenium)
• Creating Test Matrices

Qualifications:

1. BE/BTech/MCA/BCS Or Equivalent CSE / IT
2. Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
3. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
