Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Using extensive technical and leadership expertise, you will manage (mostly Agile) projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs

• Leading software engineering teams with technical and strategic direction, owning management of impediments, bug report and feature request queues, interacting and engaging with the global, cross-organization teams

• Explaining your teams analyses and recommendations to business unit s technical- and business executives

• You interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning various organizations. Engage with internal customers on technical integration details, support requests, define and overhaul workflows for various business processes

Your profile

• BS or MS degree in computer science or related discipline

• Extensive technical project management experience, with a focus on Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean Startup and the Scaled Agile Framework

• Extensive experience in working in a cross-functional, team-based environment

• Experience in the management of complex digital software product development & delivery

• Experience in managing Data and Analytics Projects/Scrum Teams would be a plus.

• Experience in managing international projects of various size and scope

• Experience in managing near- and offshoring teams

• Experience in servant leadership for Agile teams

• Knowledge and/or use of Lean techniques, Reporting and QA testing and development

• Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams

• Passionate about latest trends in the IT industry with a strong desire for innovation

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written and problem-solving skills

• Experience with de-facto standards in corporate office work environments as well as Agile teams (Office 365, Atlassian, Miro, etc.)

• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
