What Youll Do

• Work independently to solve unique and complex problems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project accomplishments.
• Design, build, maintain and improve data models.
• Design, build, maintain and improve business logic.
• Design, build, maintain and improve the continuous integration and delivery process.
• Design, build, maintain and improve user interfaces.
• Design, build, maintain and improve functional and non-functional tests.
• Optimize use of physical/virtual infrastructure.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify and document requirements where necessary.
• Instrument the software to produce operational metrics.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Over 7+ years of experience as a software development engineer with proven experience in agile and continuous delivery.
• In-depth technical background in implementing object-oriented systems.
• In-depth understanding of Core Java technology.
• In-depth understanding in design and implementation of functional and non-functional test strategies, including related frameworks and tools.
• Good understanding on Angular, CSS and Java Script
• Solid understanding of XML, JSON, Web services (REST).
• Solid understanding of low-level Java programming APIs, such as concurrency.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL are a big plus.
• Experience with AWS EC2, AWS ECS, Consul, Docker is a big plus.
• Technical requirements gathering where knowledge of financial markets and affinity with numbers are considered a plus.
• Experience with Kafka, Ignite are advantageous.
