Overview

Looking for a professional who has vast experience in designing and conceptualizing the

best packaging materials and layouts for different products depending on weight, size,

handling etc; utilizes innate creativity and eye for excellence in marrying form, style and

structure, with purpose, stability, and planet friendliness in the most cost- effectiveness manner.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing packaging material for existing and new products in order to ensure maximum durability, safety and handling ease of products

Create novel packaging solutions that reflect our brand image

Ensure that packaging developed meets the business needs

Drive commercialization of new packaging formats seamlessly on packing lines

Continuous updation of packaging material specifications and test methods.

Work, control and report progress of packaging development to ensure that delivery is timely and cost effective.

Continuously evaluate packaging effectiveness and ensure that packaging meets determined standards of quality

Responsible for preparation of Packaging material specifications, GTPs, STPs, Guidelines and SOPs.

Troubleshooting and development activity related to Packaging.

Responsible to perform any other activity as directed by the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

PG Diploma from Indian Institute of Packaging or any reputed institute

Good inter personal skills , stakeholders management , project management

Knowledge in conceptualizations, layout and design in packaging

Creative and with an outgoing attitude
